Speciality vehicle repairs are also catered for including the design, repair, and painting of horse boxes, caravans and motorhomes, Lonsdale's ensure each customer knows what they want and that they can have exactly that. We will cover the remainder of your manufacturers warranty if this is in force and greater than our 3 year warranty.
Lonsdales utilise the latest compliant paint products and spraybooth and chassis alignment jig facilities, enabling us to repair high value vehicles to the letter of manufacturers recomended repair methods.
There is complete transparency in our service, customers and work providers are encouraged to view repairs throughout the repair process as often as they want.
Vehicle Estimating and Workshop Tracking
Lonsdale Body Restorations, utilise all leading industry estimating systems in order to process the repair authorisation as swiftly as possible. We can link directly with your insurer or email you a detailed estimate, sometimes by image only. On occasion we may need to see the vehicle, however we can build an estimate from digital images emailed to us.
Following initial estimate authorisation we will book your vehicle in, supply you a book out date, and process your vehicle keeping track of the progress through our EMACS bodyshop managment system.
If your insurance covers you for a courtesy car, we will supply one, on occasion we may supply you a courtesy car even if your insurance doesnt cover you for one *dependant on courtesy car stock.
